A painful experience ='(

I have been in and out hospital because of my teeth. Last week, the doctor decided to have an oral surgery, which involve removing my impacted wisdom two molars, which could potentially become problematic if not extracted. Therefore, a moderate surgery, full body anesthesia... my sister once told me, when you're on full body anesthesia, you would not dream of anything, no surgical pain and have no memory of the medical procedure. This is somewhat true that i don't even remember how long i stay in the surgery room but i had few weird dreams which i can't recall it now. After few hours the nurses woke me up and i felt my throat was really dry and painful, i requested water to solve my dryness but doctor told me i cant have it as my stomach still weak that time, whenever i drink water, i would puke all out. I stay 2 days in the hospital, it's seriously a painful experience, they later wired shut my mouth, and i force to take everything in LIQUID, ya i mean EVERYTHING!
Liquid diet, sound exciting right?haha...ya no doubt about that! i blend everything with water, and i need to keep 'drinking'  in order to keep my stomach full. As we all aware that liquid is easy to digest. So my mum and dad have been trying to boil all the healthy Chinese Herbal Soup/medicine for me..how sweet they are, love you mum and dad <3

My lovely teeth

my 'dessert'-long gan + white fungus + Jujube

Home recipe : Carp + herbal ( for healing)

milk, protein, my medicine blah blah blah...

Anyway, i feel better right now thanks to my parents, i'm healing really really fast. Hehe.. See, love gives me strength to face all these pain! it's quite pathetic to spend my Christmas at home, nevertheless i can spend more time with my parents ( although i give them more troubles, hahaha)!!! Anyway, i will see you guys real soon!'

With love,

Alane.

older man younger woman relationship

Often, society likes to pass this judgement whenever they see a older man younger woman relationship " owh, she's in it for his money/ he's in it for the sex". haha, in certain way, i think it's true you know?why would a guy who is over 30 or 35 in love with a girl, maybe just 18, 19 or just passed their legal age, is there any topic they can talk about? One maybe has just finished her high school, another one has been working for almost 10 years, been through alot of situations, met alot of people.. hmmm! whatever~ for me.. i think i prefer older man, the one and only reason is..i don't look young! hahaha..nah, i'm just kidding! i still remember one time i paid my sister a visit with my brother, as my brother is staying nearby my place, so i went and picked my brother up. Just that 1 hour, from s17 to Puchong, my brother who is younger than me 2 years, keeeeepppp talking NONSENSE in the car! ya, he can keep talking and laughing non stop,i was like =.=" SWEAT!!
"hmmm, can you please stop talking for awhile?please please please" what he was saying is totally LAME! what the fuck!!
Ya, older man don't have such problem, at least they think before they speak. They don't make lame jokes! HAHAHA, i'm sorry my brother! To me, the maximum age i can accept..hmm..perhaps 12 years older?hahaha.. Don't go up like 18 years older or even 25 years older! come on, wake up child! THE MAN can be your FATHER!! such a big problem when you go out with him, especially when you hang out with his buddies? FEEL SO WEIRD surrounded by uncles! *lol* unless you look mature!
Although older men used to be viewed as perverts or "sugar daddies" for dating younger women, for the younger women, dating an older men can be exciting and fulfilling if they can find the right one. The question here is, why would an older man want to date a younger woman?

The results i got from the internet are:
1. they like..oh no, they enjoy having the BEAUTY of young woman around and feel they will experience a more adventurous sex life. Oh so,the end of the day, dating a younger woman because of "SEX", brilliant! But sometimes, most of the older man younger woman couples i have seen, girls look ...hmm... foxy! Miow ~ ya, they're rather sexy and seductive, not just the typical Taiwanese and Kawaii look! haha..i feel abit hot right now when i think of some of my friends =))

See the difference?haha...

2. in term of Stature, an older man who shows up at a social function with a younger woman on his arm often feels a sense of pride and accomplishment. oh, i think this only happen in Europe, as those blondies look extremely HOT when they're young as compare to Asian, i think most of the Asian girls doing their 20s, they don't really look as mature as Caucasian and European.

3. Older men realize rather late in life that they would still like to be parents. Younger girl always makes him feel younger, a sense of reliving his youthful days. Imagine that, if the older man is in prime physical condition and the girl still find him attractive, in typical male style he probably figures why go for prunes if you can have a juicy plum or a peach? ya,i think Brad Pitt is still looking good even he turns 47 this year. Hugh Jackman?hell ya, one of the hottest Celebrities in Hollywood, the Australian actor and producer, he's 42 this year!!

See, love is love, no one really knows why anyone picks anyone else. Real love happens, most of the time a person can't explain why they love someone else. They just do!Gay, Lesbian, homosexual, bisexual, heterosexual, black, white, yellow or whatever, love is everywhere! Be happy for them =))

That's the way i like it ♥

Exam week supposed to be very suffering and tough.. However, i enjoy it so much! feel like i have tendency of being tortured! haha... wake up early, have my lovely breakfast + coffee. The weather is good, windy and cold. if i could, i would like to have outdoor activities. ya, Volleyball! my favorite sport of all time!i miss my volleyball teammates so much, love to spend time with them, talking nonsense and juicy gossip.
Peace,no quarrels and no lies. Enjoy my coffee with my favorite songs, slowly a smile spread across my face when something interesting hit my mind. What is it?i ask my myself, a secret  =))
i believe that everything ends for a reason, so that better things can begin. We have to be positive. I will take everything as a lesson for me, learn from the mistakes and move on, do not stuck at the same place forever since it is not meant to be.
Soon, i will be very free. I'm looking forward this Thursday although i have no plan yet. After that, i will head back to Johor and be my mum's good 'girl'..ops, is good 'maid'. I don't like to do house chores, and i believe that nobody does. The one and only thing i will do at home is cooking, cause i love cooking since i was young. My sister always always remind me that  'DON'T FORGET TO HELP MUM!' whenever i go back to Johor. Yes i will, since i got nothing to do there. Back to 2-3 years ago, i don't stay at home much whenever i go back, busy meeting friends as we only see each other once in awhile. But now, i stay at home most of the time. I used to laugh at my sister last time, stay at home grow mushroom. Now, its my turn to stay at home and grow fungus. Haha! what goes around, comes around! I afraid of losing my parents when i notice that they're no longer strong and young as compared to before. Lines which is fold, ridge and crease in their skin make them look older. =((
Anyway, its time to start my revision again. Gonna work really really hard for good grades! wish me luck xp

Relationships are fragile

Every relationship is fragile.. this is all i can say. Its kind of natural regardless casual friendships to lovers. To break a relationship is far easier to maintain it. The reason why we always get hurt in a relationship is because we love him/ her so much that we do not realize that. We get hurt, and we hurt badly from the people we love the most. Relationship just like a glass, perhaps its harder than glass, it begins to crack up after you hit it. Again and again, it will be broken into species. Some people can tolerate, put up and forgive things, manage to maintain a healthy and happy relationship, while others may not able to forgive and forget. No matter how strong we think the relationship is, it can  be vanished in few seconds. We always take for granted the people who are always there for us and we care not to be as careful with their feelings. Recently i saw people posting on Facebook that a conversation between son and mother in different age.

Age 5: love you, mummy
Age 15: Mum whatever! you're so annoying!
Age 18: i wanna leave this house
Age 25: Mum i'm not going to have dinner with ya all tonight, gonna OT/ i have dinner with friends.
Age 35: I wanna go back to my Mum's house!
Age 45 : Mum, are you alright? Please don't leave me alone here.
Age 55 : I will do everything for you! Please don't go!
Age 65: i wish i could spend more time with you. i would give up... EVERYTHING for my mum to be here with me...
Age 75 : Mum, i'm sorry. I know how it feels.

Why do people not appreciate something until its gone? Life is unpredictable, you will not know what is gonna happen next. Cherish what you have so that you will not regret when you lose it. We just live once, life not gonna repeat and you will not meet the same person again. Parents, siblings, friends or lovers, they are gift to be cherished.

Some people...

Recently, i saw people commenting that " money can't buy happiness". Indeed i agree that money can't buy happiness, it just makes life easier. Then A few weeks ago, i saw a girl posting on Facebook that "i will prove you that money can't buy happiness", soon after she wrote it, she posted few pictures of branded hang bag bought by her sugar-daddy, she wrote " yeah, the latest design of xx bag, so excited! thank you my baby, love you forever" I laughed non-stop after i saw it,and i was like "what a hypocrite..."
I understand that every parent wants to see their children have the best possible life. Its natural, as every parent would love to see their children progress into a better life than the one that they lived. However, parents have repeatedly made the mistake of providing physical possessions and material gain at the expense of other valuable things. Children receive everything that they want, and will never learn to how to appreciate compared to those who have less ( it is quite subjective thou) I just can't stand girls pursuing their happiness by sacrificing everything just for wealth, ya...i do call them "materialistic"! Parents support us by giving us basic needs such as shelter, food, clothes and perhaps transportation, i know how inconvenient it is without a way of transportation... hmm, i respect those who come from a rich family, as long as they appreciate what they are given, and respect what others who might have less at the same time.
i think most of us have the same mentality that those "princesses" and "princes" are arrogant! Because everything seems so easy to them... They feel entitled to things rather than feel that they should work hard to get the things in life that they want to have. Self-esteem is established when people accomplish things on their own. I realize that those who come from rich families seem to really hate poor people i just don't know the reason, it can be seen that when they refuse to mix around with poor people. Ya, we do know that the situation in South Africa, i have read some articles where most of the poor households are unable to get basic needs as these basic needs might be threatened by prolonged drought . Could you Imagine that you have to live in areas without water and electric supply? You probably need to walk at least 3km to get clean water! Most of the children are left in orphanages due to poverty even though they have a surviving parent or close relative. According to United Nations report on modern slavery, the most common form of human trafficking is for prostitution, which is largely fueled by poverty. Countries like Thailand, India, Zimbabwe etc... a number of girls are turning to prostitution for food to survive because of the increasing rate poverty. It's ironic when we look back at the situation in Malaysia, some people are trying to cut their wrist to get branded stuff cause as they cannot afford. Sometimes i think its the social illness, we have to admit that we dont really need to buy branded stuff and that if we do its not due to the quality or design but just for showing off our social status.
Sometimes i wonder is my niece going to be one those materialistic girls? She cries whenever we refuse to fulfill her request! It really bothers me! as i have relatives like that --> arrogant, rude and self serving ...sigh...bit of worried! i always tell my sis, bring her to some national parks or kampung, don't become a city-girl, its really bad!

Assignment season

Normally October to January is my assignment season, i have just done 3 assignments in 3 weeks time...and still i have another 3 assignments + project paper...  I have been running up and down in library, doing some fascinating research into local and international issues...wow! Honestly speaking, i do enjoy it but  I’m going mad! I've crewed up my life formula!

My life formula = play(40) + study (60)
Current situation = play ( <10) + (study + stare at the wall & day dreaming) [>90]

I've forgotten the taste of having fun with friends. My life is dried and dead... after all, as a poor student what i can do is starring at my laptop screen whole day at home, bull shit-ing with friends, face-booking... what a unproductive day for me! Arrggg... I kinda hate that! What to do?? just don’t feel like reading books at the moment... Not even a second =(    *watering eyes* sob sob

Though I know exam is around the corner, I just wanna laze at home and do nothing. I have 2 papers this semester on 29/11 and 9/12 respectively, still hoping to attain good grades even though i don't study.. *under delusion*  well, its time to come back to real life and face the real world...i know its cruel, we all know that faint heart never won fair lady. After complaining so much, all of a sudden, something hits me... what really happens if i say this: as a student, my duty is to complete my degree with flying colours, shouldn't play so much... rawwhhh....pretty sure that i'm insane if i say this! lol

i'm a dog lover! yay!

i loooovvve dogs more than everything, as you can see i put the dog picture as my title background. why?genetic problem i guess, my uncle has more than 10 dogs!sound cool?haha...just don't know why i love them so much, perhaps it's because of their innocent look(wtf..haha)?or because they acting as a guard,my childhood playmate(even now),perhaps a walking companion... By the way, we really gain enormous benefit from dogs. A good example that dogs would improved sanitation by cleaning up human waste and food scraps!

I had one when i was really small, i guess around 6 or 7 year-old. Usually my mother would bring my brother and I to my father's store ( my father has store to put all the hardware thingy such as building materials, sand, brick etc )we spend most of our time there, it was pretty fun ya know-- one of my favorite activities there--->sandplay,as you know that children have always delighted in playing in the sand, bringing our inner and outer worlds together through imagination...and got dirty !Yong Peng is kind of small town, and that time the crime rates were quite high ( are still high now, but safer now) so my father decided to adopt few dogs to be the guard of the store.
Dogs normally have their procreation period which last 2 months approximately. One of  female dogs got pregnant and that's how i got my 1st pet!I can't remember how many puppies had been born, my brother and i grabbed the 2 cutest one. Too bad, after 1 year of companionship, they died in poisoning...i say it again, its not food poisoning! Unfortunately we had several theft in the store that time, they poisoned the dog and took the things... i still remember that time i burst into tears after i know it... how on earth people can just kill a dog like that, but actually man can be more cruel than this sometimes.

Recently, a harrowing footage shows that a blonde teenage woman throwing six helpless puppies into the fast flowing river. The puppies cry pitifully as they know they're facing the certain death! The video was posted on Youtube last month, but i believe that it has been removed afterwards cause i can't find the video now.. I'm shocked at the cruelty of the woman's actions!Animal torture  == is not OKAY!! she's such a sicko throwing pups into the river! i don't really  understand why people can do such thing, and she seems pretty enjoy it! she should pergi mati! i always believe that somebody is up there watching us, so the lady should pray hard, karma will hit her soon!

What's law?

This question has been consistently asked in my Jurisprudence class... well, first talk bout Jurisprudence, what i know about Jurisprudence is that the theory and philosophy of law. ya, i know it sounds abit boring! i just don't want my blog become meaningless, always talk about PARTY or my personal life.. Law is part of my life too!
okie, back to the topic.. in Jurisprudence, the theorists or the philosophers aim to obtain a deeper understanding of law- questions like " what is law?", "why do we need law?", " why do we need to obey the law?", " where does the law come from?" etc... Jurisprudence mainly talk about natural law, the legal obligation, the relationship of law to justice and morality, the system of law and legal institution. Law in Jurisprudence, as i quote "we cannot learn law by learning law. if it is to be more than just technique it is to be so much more than itself: a part of history, a part of economics and sociology, a part of ethics and a philosophy of life." (Lord Radcliffe, The Law and Its Compass) law is not just a legal system, but can be regarded as something part of our life.. it can be considered as our rule of life... everyone has their own rule of life, i like this in this way, i like that in that way... or perhaps it's combination of things in past, present and future , for instance war world I and war world II or 13th May incident in 1969 , the history have had a great impact on us and the actions taken led by these incidents form our society today... it could be referred to every aspect of the legal system, the legislative and judicial process, the working of the legal profession, the nature of and functioning of law. The urge to understand and appraise the relevance of subject matter must lead directly from the apparatus of the rules and principles of the law to jurisprudential exploration of their meaning and their effects on society.
Something i feel interesting is that, whether law in our legal system, is it about justice or morality? like murder, if our law exclude the obligation, its legal to kill somebody... will we do that?just kill somebody like that without any reasons? or with reasons? Another situation is that under Road Transport Act 1987, section 40- exceeding speed limit imposed for such motor vehicle he shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand Ringgit. Although the penalties are severe, why do we still speeding? hmmm, i think it is the moral content in certain statutes, we think it is not alright for us to kill or injure people, not right to do this and that.
The moral reason for obeying a law depends on many things, including how the law was enacted, what problem it was intended to relieve, who instituted the law, how its applied, what behavior it restricts and what right it protects or violates. Obeying laws is moral obligation or legal obligation? why do we obey the law? because it is law?or it is morally right to do that?how do you define "right" and "wrong"? " right" in term of legal right or moral right?
Philosopher tend to go back to the natural stage where there is no law and no government... some theorists say that man in nature is selfish, nasty and brutish ( Hobbes) ; some say that man is equal, neither devil nor a saint, men are social in nature.(Hart).. some even say that man in nature is equal and free to do whatever he like(John Locks).. Hart's opinion is that, if all men are devils then laws will not be effective, they're redundant and will be simply ignored and therefore cause chaos. if all men were saints, laws are not needed as everything will be done fair & just. Another question i would ask, " why do we need law?" To me, i think man is devil and saint. We do not obey the laws, we think they're redundant and ineffective, we don't believe in it. We obey the law, because we have consented to do so, as it says in documents like the Declaration of Independence, and beliefs in shared, if vague, ideas of ‘membership’ in our country. Its pretty hard to determine the answer, as we have different perceptions.
Whatever it is, my jurisprudence knowledge is limited... I hope that miss Sharon( my jurisprudence tutor) is not reading this haha!

Festive mood

yea, i seldom blog cause blogging to me is something like writing an essay , with no pictures attached, my blog looks definitely boring! blog only will be interesting unless i gonna write about some juicy gossip or criticism of some bitches or perhaps... stories like "I'M pregnant" etc..haha! sometimes i have a lot to talk, when it comes to blogging, i will feel like.. where should i start? i'm not that kind of organised person even though i have tried hard to do so, okie since i'm in festive mood, i should talk about the festival that i'm gonna celebrate this coming weekends.

(1) Halloween
i have been spending every of my Halloween to prepare my exam OR my assignmentSS...surprisingly i'm free this year!(actually i still have not done 3 assignments..oh no, i have my project paper also,so....shall we skip that?) NO MATTER WHAT, i'm going to celebrate Halloween this year!!!i'm thinking where should i go and what should i wear... i always want to dress up like the sexy nurse...but i think it looks so slutty, of cause i don't want to dress in costume it makes me look like the stupid kid in Ju-on with the super ugly panda eyes or female ghost with long dark hair and pale face... by the time you successfully frighten the life out of somebody, you will do the same to you when you look yourself in the mirror. haha! so i have a preference for sexy or superhuman costumes... but its pretty hard to find the costume as it's not worth to buy and it is only for one day, specifically its only 1 night! i don't know how much does 1 costume cost , i have my budget too... as i know that some shops actually are letting these costumes out... i need suggestionssssss!!!

(2) foam party
FOAM PARTY wei!basically we want to do it ourselves... at the beginning i feel it is like next to impossible! We squeeze our brain juice out to think ways to create a foam party, just not that complicated as we see outside~ however my roommate, one of the leader in my crazy gang, Shan ping, she insists on doing it for her coming birthday! She even did research on the internet and forwarded the relevant articles to everyone of us.
Yes, now we know it's not difficult as we thought, here comes another problem--> the location. I have seen some local clubs had their own foam party, it looks really fun! everyone was wearing bikinis together with the booze and the MUSIC! woowww! we should do it babies! but shan, how ah? aikkkssss... who willing to sponsor us a place ya? hehe! i assure when we return your house to u will as clean as and as wangi as before ahaa!! pleasseee~~ *watery eyes with puppy face*

haha, anyway, if this really happen, no worries, i will share all the pictures~ looking forward to that!

Soon, after these celebrations, i'm gonna bury my head in the books and also my assignments... god bless i can go through all this ( one of my friends actually says this: "yaa, no worries u have been through the same shit 2 years dy, this is another crap u need to go through!) arrh, F**K it! just play and work to the fullest!! this is how i do it~ we should know how to balance everything in life, not just work work work or play play play... either one i will call it " NO LIFE"! anyway, good nite , hugs and kisses-- french one! haha~~

xoxo
Alane =))

The problem is, i stayed at my father shop being a clerk to update his store management system throughout my holiday.. strictly speaking i spent 2 weeks for my volleyball competition, represented University Malaya to UiTM for MASUM. Rest 2weeks in KL, 3 days for ko-k (special semester) at Gombak, spent another 3 weeks in Johor, came back to KL, semester started! owhhhh...so pathetic!

Okie, jump to August! i went to Hardrock cafe to celebrate National Day,=.=... nth special to celebrate for, actually this outing was organised by Ting(my batchmate), he initially used " Celebration for Independent Day" as an excuse to have a gathering, later we found out 30th is his birthday! Nice one ting~

We went to bangsar to pick up the custom-made cake, they took the picture said we look like whore waiting for customer,
